This is the main user interface for the Nikon Optistation 3 wafer inspection system. The module includes the control panel as well as all the associated circuit boards and cables. Please note that only the circuit boards and cables that are permanently attached to the board are included. One twisted pair cable has been cut (to the emergency cut-off switch).
The panel is in excellent condition although we are unable to test it for functionality.
