Low-Profile Linear Stage, Stainless Steel, 2-inch

Description

This stage is similar in appearance to some of the stainless steel Klinger and Micro Controle stages I have seen, however, all of the hardware and hole patterns / spacing are English. The stage does have crossed-roller bearings, so it should have very good load-bearing capability. There is also a locking screw opposite the micrometer spindle. The construction of the locking mechanism is such that the stage is checked positively without undue stress being placed on the bearings.

The stage is in great condition � ways are free of play and motion is very smooth without any catches (no dimpling in the ways).
