This instrument combines extensive logic analyzer features with a two-channel 1 GHz oscilloscope. Basic logic analyzer feature set includes:
• 34 channels 100 MHz State, 500 MHz Timing
• Memory depth / channel – 4096 full-channel, 8192 half-channel
• State clocks – 2
• Maximum Timing Speed – 250 MHz full-channel, 500 MHz half-channel
• Timing Period – from 16.3us to 68.6 sec
• Transitional Timing allows time-coherent reconstruction of much longer sampling periods
• Multiple Triggering modes including custom macros
• Glitch capture and recognition
• Measurement Functions include Paired Markers, Time Intervals, Delta States, Patterns, Statistics
• Multiple Display Modes

The CS version of the instrument adds the following oscilloscope features:
• 2 channels at 1 GSa / sec per channel
• Bandwidth dc to 250 MHz, real time
• 1.4 ns risetime
• Vertical resolution – 8 bits
• Memory Depth – 8k samples
• 1 Mohm and 50 ohm inputs, selectable
• Maximum Safe Input – Plus / Minus 250V 1 Mohm, 5 V rms 50 ohm
• Time Base – 1 ns / div to 5 sec / div
• Up to 20 ps resolution
• Extensive Two-Marker Measurements

This instrument includes Option 015 which is a Lan port. The hard disk drive (which is used for data and file storage) was removed from the instrument. The instrument includes all of the original diskettes, but no other documentation. There are two probe cable assemblies. The oscilloscope portion of the instrument has been tested and functions properly. We were unable to test the logic analyzer portion, but it did pass all self-tests except for the missing hard disk drive. Condition of the analyzer is very fine – screen is very bright without any signs of screen burn.
