This is an Electro-Craft Motomatic motor-generator with a reduction gear assembly on the output shaft.
The motor requires a controller which is not supplied. Feedback from the generator allows very precise control of motion.
Output shaft diameter � 0.250 inches.

Reduction gear assembly model number � 350-003-001 (gear ratio unknown)
We do not have a controller for this motor and were unable to test it. Condition is excellent. Two pairs of contacts, one for the motor and the other for the generator use pan-head screws that accept ring or spade terminal connectors.
